The NFL season is well underway and in-between each week of play fans are getting their football fix in Madden 21. The Ultimate Team mode where gamers can build their dream teams has a track record of being a bit greedy and dangerous for young kids, but it continues to expand in terms of profits every year.

The mode features cards of modern superstars and NFL legends, but who’s the best of the best? This time we focus on the self-proclaimed “America’s Team” as we rank the 10 best Dallas Cowboys cards in Madden 21’s Ultimate Team mode.

10 Tony Romo (85)

These days Tony Romo is known as the future-telling color commentator for the NFL that’s beloved by most fans. During his playing days though he was quite an offensive force for the Dallas Cowboys. Despite his consistency and juggernaut stats, most consider Romo to have been a subpar quarterback. This 85 overall card in Madden 21’s Ultimate Team at least gives him some of the respect he’s earned as the best post-Troy Aikman quarterback the Dallas Cowboys have had, barring the outcome of Dak Prescott’s tenure with the team.

9 CeeDee Lamb (86)

CeeDee Lamb has very quickly shown the world that his hype coming out of the University of Oklahoma was warranted. Wearing Michael Irvin’s famed #88 Lamb has put the league on notice and proven he belongs in the NFL and will be a problem for NFC East defenses for years to comb. He’s fast and elusive with great run after the catch awareness and it’s reflecting in this 86 overall card. Look for Lamb to be entering an endzone near you in Madden 21’s Ultimate Team mode, or the franchise mode as well.

8 La’Roi Glover (87)

La’Roi Glover may not have been Warren Sapp or Aaron Donald, but he did his fair share of game-wrecking from the interior of the defensive line. The NFL 2000 Defensive Player of the Year, 4x All-Pro, and 6x Pro Bowler finished his career with an incredible 83.5 sacks with 21.5 of them coming in the silver and blue. Those looking to acquire him should know he fits best in a 4-3 defense where he can line up against a guard on almost every play. Glover is a great complement to a run-stopping defensive tackle.

7 Zack Martin (88)

Zack Martin is currently one of the best guards in the NFL and there’s a case that he’s surpassed Tyron Smith as the Dallas Cowboys best and most important offensive lineman. He’s a stout run blocker who plays with an edge that’s natural and uncoachable.

He’s a big reason for both Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott’s success and will likely anchor that silver and blue line for the next decade. His best Ultimate Team card in Madden 21 has a rating of 88 and comes with a pass block rating of 93 and a run block rating of 88.

6 Dak Prescott (89)

Dak Prescott has had a rough 2020 which saw his season come to an end thanks to a gruesome ankle injury. He’s looking to come back bigger and better than ever in 2021 as one of the NFL’s most beloved figures. In the meantime, his fans and supporters can lead their teams to success with Prescott’s 89 overall card in Madden 21’s Ultimate Team. It comes with a throw power rating of 87 and a throw on the run rating of 89 which accurately reflects his playmaking ability from the quarterback position.

5 Travis Frederick (89)

Travis Frederick was a solid starting center for the Dallas Cowboys who had to retire from the game of football recently due to ongoing health issues and concerns. Since he lined up with the great left tackle Tyron Smith and arguably the league’s best guard in Zack Martin, Frederick was often overlooked. His 89 overall Ultimate Team card is a reward for completing the Team Diamond set for the Cowboys and sports a run and pass block rating of 91. He can be the anchor to a championship-caliber offensive line in Madden 21.

4 Ezekiel Elliott (89)

Whether you’re the type of NFL fan who thinks Ezekiel Elliott is the league’s best back or not, you can’t argue about his consistency. Part of that is due to what was once a stellar offensive line, but now is thanks to his ability to remain healthy.

Despite numerous suspensions and off-the-field issues, Elliott has been a key part of the Cowboys best years of late. His ability to catch the ball in the passing game is a bit lackluster, but his 89 overall card in Ultimate Team should be acquired with the sole intention of running the ball non-stop.

3 Larry Allen (89)

The Dallas Cowboys of the 90s were known for their Hall of Fame trio of Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, and Michael Irvin. Those guys wouldn’t have done much if it wasn’t for the $100 million offensive line, considered one of the league’s greatest units. That line was anchored by a mammoth of a man playing right guard by the name of Larry Allen. There are stories of Allen’s strength and the 335lb. beast was honored in Madden 21 with an 89 overall card in Ultimate team that has a run block rating of 91 and a pass block rating of 94.

2 Amari Cooper (91)

So far in his career, Amari Cooper has experienced the ups and downs of being a high draft pick. After starting his first two years with a bang as a member of the Oakland Raiders, Cooper experienced hardship in his third season. This led to a trade to the Dallas Cowboys following concerns he may be a bust. With a good quarterback and team around him, Cooper flourished once more and re-earned his status as a #1 receiver. His 91 overall limited edition card in Ultimate Team is a must-have for Cowboys fans playing Madden 21.

1 Deion Sanders (92)

Deion Sanders, often referred to as Prime Time, is arguably the greatest cornerback of all-time and one of the most electrifying athletes to ever suit up in an NFL game. His 92 overall legend card has him sporting a 99 rating in man coverage, zone coverage, hands, and range. He may not have played his entire career in the silver and blue, but he’ll always be known as one of the great Dallas Cowboys of all-time. It’s only fitting that he’d have the franchise’s best card in Ultimate Team in Madden 21.
