For its second-gen headphones Microsoft has kept all that was great about the originals - the rotational earcup controls, tap-to-control surfaces, supreme comfort, decent sound and active noise-cancelling (ANC) - but enhanced battery life and lowered the price. It’s a great offering that makes few errors of its own - it’s just that the estabilished competition offers more in the sound and ANC departments.
