Thor: Love and Thunder is currently shooting in Sydney, Australia, and a few set photos have leaked online via The Daily Mail. One of those photos appears to show actress and comedian Melissa McCarthy cast in the role of Hela, who was previously played by Cate Blanchett in Director Taika Watiti’s first Marvel film, Thor: Ragnarok. However, this isn’t exactly a return for the character. Early in Thor: Ragnarok there’s a scene that shows a piece of what can only be described as ‘Asgardian theatre’....

The highly anticipated title, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, is now only a month and a half away from release and by all accounts looks to continue the excellence the series is known for. Fans also got a great look at the game through extended gameplay demos showing off multiple ways to tackle a mission. Yesterday, Sony finally revealed its PS5 controller design. The new controller breaks away from the traditional DualShock that the consoles have used since the beginning and introduces the DualSense with a stunning two toned, black and white design. In response to this, Microsoft has released a new gif featuring the Xbox Series X controller. If you missed the chance to be an alpha tester for Scrolls, the new card-collecting turn-based strategy fantasy game from Minecraft development studio Mojang, then you’ll be glad to hear that the open beta version is right around the corner, after a slight delay from the planned April release. Jason Momoa made headlines earlier this month by posting a social media image in support of Ray Fisher during an investigation into working conditions on the set of Justice League. At the time, the original post was a clear sign of support for Fisher, but was also not entirely a condemnation of Warner Bros. which left some questions about Momoa’s exact stance on the issue. Two separate pilots have spotted what’s described as a “guy” flying a jetpack through the skies above Los Angeles. Maybe someone got a bit too into playing as Iron Man in Marvel’s Avengers, which released yesterday. Only in LA. The guy in question wasn’t just hovering slightly above the ground either, he was seen at 3,000ft, approximately the same altitude as the passenger planes that spotted him.
