Several voice actors from the original Mass Effect trilogy are reuniting for the upcoming N7 Day to celebrate all things Mass Effect. The voice cast will be joining a virtual panel that will take place this Saturday November 7th at 2PM ET/11 AM PT. During its E3 conference, Microsoft announced that it has either newly created or acquired a total of five studios that will be working on first-party titles for Xbox. Xbox head Phil Spencer took to the stage to walk through the portfolio of studios that are now under Xbox’s banner. First, he announced the creation of a brand new studio called The Initiative. Although Spencer did not reveal what exactly this Santa Monica-based studio is working on, he did say that The Initiative is led by Darrell Gallagher....

Xbox head Phil Spencer announced today that later this spring, Microsoft plans to introduce a gaming subscription service for Xbox One players called Xbox Game Pass. The Xbox Game Pass will give gamers “unlimited access to over 100 Xbox One and backward compatible Xbox 360 games” for $9.99 a month. Spencer refrained from listing the full set of games that will be available when the Xbox Game Pass goes live, but did mention in his post on Microsoft’s site that it will include fan favorites like Halo 5: Guardians, Saints Row IV Re-Elected, NBA 2K16, Mad Max, LEGO Batman, Mega Man Legacy Collection, Terraria, Payday 2, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, Fable III, SoulCalibur II, and Tekken Tag 2....

Last week saw the official release of the long-awaited “Adventure Update” for Minecraft.
