Following the highly-anticipated announcement of Life is Strange: True Colors, singer-songwriter and Twitch streamer mxmtoon, also known by her first name Maia, will be joining the cast as Alex Chen’s in-game singing voice. Now, with the Square Enix Presents showcase earlier today, it looks like the rumors were dead-on. One of the primary antagonists in the first Mass Effect game is Sovereign, a diabolical, robotic, space-faring creature with motives beyond human comprehension. His epic plot in Mass Effect 1, setting up the overarching story of the trilogy, drew thousands of players to the franchise. Being an immortal (almost) creature that has destroyed organic life every 50,000 years for millions of years, there’s a lot to unpack about Sovereign. Of course, there’s even more that fans don’t understand, but may never get answers about....

Although a lot of the conversation surrounding Mass Effect: Andromeda as of late has to do with its facial animations, there are several other major problems impacting players. And while some can overlook the animations or maybe don’t take issue with them, the game’s multiplayer has problems that are harder to see past. While Mass Effect: Andromeda’s multiplayer is very similar to the online PvE mode offered in Mass Effect 3, the experience is not nearly as smooth at launch....

After the unceremonious firing of series creator Hideo Kojima, many Metal Gear Solid fans were understandably skeptical when Konami announced Metal Gear Survive. Abandoning the typical espionage-fueled stealth action of the core series for crafting and survival gameplay, the game’s initial announcement was met with severe backlash from fans. Unfortunately, we can now confirm those initial criticisms were justified. Metal Gear Survive has a wide range of issues, but first and foremost, one of its biggest problems is that it’s not really a Metal Gear Solid game....

When news first broke that developer Guerilla Games was officially bringing Horizon Zero Dawn to the PC, reactions across the board were mixed, and ultimately it appears that the decision by Sony was prompted in part by Microsoft’s recent positioning in the video game market. Japanese candy company Kanro has announced a brand new, rebranded version of their popular “Pikachu Pure Gumi” Pokémon-themed gummy candies. Kanro is a Japanese candy company that made headlines earlier this year when they announced a collaboration with The Pokémon Company to create some yummy Pokémon-themed gummy candies.
