Manifest Season 3 Episode 1 Review Tailfin

This Manifest review contains spoilers. Manifest Season 3 Episode 1 To no one’s surprise, Manifest jumped right back into the action in the season 3 premiere, “Tailfin,” and to its credit, it didn’t spend a lot of time explaining changes that were made to the dynamic of the investigation into Flight 828, opting instead to just show us. Despite continuing to rely a bit too heavily on the narrative conveniences the callings provide, the action continues to move forward, and this opening episode in particular sets up several compelling storylines in very solid fashion....

Marvel S Avengers The Story Its Roster And Everything Else We Ve Learned

The reveal of Marvel’s Avengers by Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics more than a year ago was greeted with a certain amount of hostility. Marvel movies have been clogging up Hollywood with back to back high-profile yet low quality moneymakers for the past half a decade or more, and the gaming community didn’t want this Marvel craze to infect the gaming industry as well. At the time of the announcement, it seemed like a bad halfway between a blatant cash grab imitation and a knock-off, fearing the same characters as the movies but with altered designs and personalities....

Mass Effect 1 The 10 Best Pistols In The Game

Mass Effect is a trilogy known for its commitment to science fiction and the space opera narrative approach. Though the trilogy is beloved, the Mass Effect Legendary Edition went a long way in updating and modernizing the franchise for millions of gamers. Mass Effect 1 is where it all began, and the role-playing game masterpiece had some shortcomings when it came to combat. The pistols were one of the more effective weapon types, but like most of the game’s guns, many of the top guns outside of the premier leaders were simply average at best....

Mass Effect 4 Should Start Its Own Trilogy Not Just Follow The Last One

The next chapter in the Mass Effect series – known colloquially as Mass Effect 4 – is in development at BioWare, which dropped a new trailer for the title at The Game Awards 2020 last month. The teaser strongly implied that the next game would pick up where Mass Effect 3 left off, showing dead Reapers, Liara T’Soni, and a piece of N7 armor which potentially hinted at Shepard’s return....

Mass Effect S Intelligent Salarian Alien Race Offer More Than Meets The Eye

The Salarian alien race is well documented throughout Mass Effect lore and easily recognized as one of the most intelligent races in the Milky Way. Salarian history isn’t just about their accomplishments, though, as they’ve made some grave missteps along the way as well. This is especially daunting for new players who have become more interested in the series....

Metroid Prime 4 Developer Hires God Of War Designer

In some cases, no news can be good news when it comes to video games. While we haven’t heard a peep about Bayonetta 3 or Breath Of The Wild 2, as far as we know development is going smoothly (or at the very least, development is still happening.) But with Metroid Prime 4, most of the news has been worrisome for longtime Samus Aran fans. From work being completely scrapped and restarted to the project needing a new lead producer, it seems like Retro Studios has faced nothing but trouble when trying to get this new Metroid Prime off the ground....

Judas And The Black Messiah Review Lead Cast Stuns In Hbo Max Release

One of the most striking things about Judas and the Black Messiah, Shaka King’s new Molotov Cocktail of a film, is how it really isn’t Fred Hampton’s story. The movie is obviously about Hampton, the charismatic Black Panther Party leader who’s given sweltering life here by Daniel Kaluuya in the performance of his career. Yet like the title suggests, the Black Messiah of this narrative is observed from afar—and from the vantage of the man who doomed him....

As the first Experimental Mode, Nexus Blitz hopes to defy expectations by providing fast gameplay on a small map with a “roulette of new, unexpected events....
