Mirror’s Edge Catalyst has some exciting and refined free-running mechanics, but the missions and modes that support the gameplay are content-thin and generic. Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is that rare follow-up born from a cult hit, only made possible by the outcry of its franchise’s devoted fans. The original game featured a bold art style, creative parkour mechanics, and a concept that showed promise, but was ultimately squandered by clunky combat. But, lucky for Mirror’s Edge fans, Catalyst gets an opportunity to do right by the series....
Even the most hardcore DCEU fan is likely to admit that Justice League movie villain Steppenwolf was something of a disappointment. Despite having the pedigree of being created by the legendary Jack Kirby, the big screen Steppenwolf resembled a washed out video game boss, stripped of any/all notable motivation in favor of his quest to collect Mother Boxes and…um…make bad things happen on Earth. Of course, it’s entirely possible that Steppenwolf was a victim of the troubled production of Justice League, which saw director Zack Snyder leave the project after a personal tragedy, and replaced by Joss Whedon, who stewarded massive reshoots of the project as Warner Bros....
Ever since Kingdom Hearts was released back in 2002, fans have wanted elements and characters from the franchise to crossover into Disney Parks – the series is all about crossovers after all. Not surprisingly, Kingdom Hearts executive producer Shinji Hashimoto feels the same way, and would love to see the franchise featured in the theme parks. According to KHInsider, who translated the recent Square Enix Annual Shareholders Meeting, Shinji Hashimoto expressed his strong desire to see a collaboration with Disney Parks during a Q&A session at the event....

At the halfway point of 2019, it appears League of Legends has overtaken Fortnite as the most popular game on Twitch. According to The eSports Observer, which has been tracking livestream data on Twitch, the Riot Games MOBA has racked up nearly 100 million more hours of watched gameplay compared to the same period in 2018. Fortnite saw a roughly 12% decrease in viewership over the past year, though the game still compiled an impressive 465 million hours of watched gameplay, firmly establishing itself in second place....
