The cube that has been ever-present on Fortnite Island is finally gone, leaving the game with a bang. In case you missed it, we’ve got you covered here. During season five of Fortnite, a massive purple cube mysteriously appeared on the map. Said cube gradually started to roll to various destinations, leaving runes in its wake. Its journey ended when it descended into Loot Lake. However, it reappeared soon after, lifting the island that once sat in the middle of the lake high above the map....

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 6 introduced two new weapons into the game that already have become a topic of community discussion. The AS VAL and SP-R 208 each came with unusual balance issues as players quickly learned when they deployed into Modern Warfare and Warzone. After over a week of “broken” guns, there seems to be a fix on the horizon for fans. It is unknown exactly how the patch will affect each weapon, but in their current state, they bring a ton of different problems into the game....

Famously outspoken It Takes Two director Josef Fares thinks consumers were too hard on Cyberpunk 2077. In a series of tweets, game developer Hideo Kojima showed off the beautiful landscape of Death Stranding, as well as a new sleep mechanic. It appears that the protagonist, Sam “Porter” Bridges, will have to sleep to regain strength on his long travels. Although Death Stranding has had more than one trailer, many have joked that no one knows what the game is about. Partly this has to do with Kojima himself; his reputation as a video game auteur and some of his non-traditional views on game design lend themselves to jokes....

Konami has announced that it will be releasing three collections to celebrate its 50th anniversary. We recently reported that Konami had the name Castlevania Anniversary Collection rated in Australia. However, it turns out that Castlevania wasn’t the only series receiving an anniversary collection, as Konami has announced a range of three collections - Arcade Classics, Castlevania Anniversary Collection, and Contra Anniversary Collection. The first game that will be released in the Konami anniversary collection is Arcade Classics, which is bundle made up of eight Konami arcade games - Haunted Castle, Typhoon (A-JAX), Nemesis (Gradius), Vulcan Venture (Gradius II), Life Force (Salamander), Thunder Cross, Scramble, and TwinBee....

Game Informer, the popular gaming news magazine, has just released some pretty shocking news.
