Lost Ark’s recent May update brings quite a bit of new content to the MMOARPG, but the recent patch is arguably highlighted by the addition of the Destroyer class. As an Advanced Class option for Warriors, the Destroyer represents many of the qualities most commonly associated with Lost Ark‘s Warriors. They’re big, they’re strong, and they’re not afraid to get into the action. Despite their relative familiarity, though, there are quite a few things you need to know about the Destroyer class before you dive into it....

In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, fans strive to finish their battle pass before each season’s end. By unlocking all the rewards, they can turn back to enjoying their time in the game rather then simply grinding out tiers. French heist series Lupin has taken the world by storm in the last week. Unfortunately, the Netflix series about a professional thief named Assane Diop (Omar Sy) who plans a heist of the queen’s diamonds only has five episodes in its first season or “part,” which is just cruel. The show has already garnered a lot of comparison’s to BBC’s Sherlock reimagining, and the relatively short seasons (runtime-wise, Sherlock Season 1 and Lupin Part 1 have about the same amount of content) is one of the many things these two stylish shows have in common....

Microsoft first unveiled Windows 10 (yes, they’re skipping 9) a few months ago with a brief presentation in September 2014. On its surface, 10 looks similar to Windows 8 but brings back the Start menu and search bar longtime users missed, with various other improvements. Not long after the initial news, a leak revealed Windows 10’s Xbox integration and its Halo-themed Cortana AI that can help users via voice or typed commands....

Middle-earth: Shadow of War players looking for a leg up have found a way to unlock unlimited loot boxes in the PC version of the game. The only catch is that the players need to use Cheat Engine to do so. The cheat itself is fairly straightforward, giving players an unlimited supply of Mirian, Shadow of War’s in-game currency. It’s no different than a cheat that offers unlimited money in any other open world game, with the only difference being that Shadow of War uses a loot box system to dole out some of its loot....

Mojang continues to support Minecraft Dungeons as the game approaches its first-year anniversary in May. Three significant DLC releases, Jungle Awakens, Creeping Winter, and Howling Peaks, were all released in 2020, and Mojang isn’t done yet. The studio has a new Minecraft Dungeons expansion in the works named Flames of the Nether. It’s even far enough along now that Mojang feels confident in announcing when players will be able to pick up Flames of the Nether: February 24....

Nvidia recently announced that it intends to add two brand new, fully ray-traced worlds to the ongoing Minecraft RTX Windows 10 Beta, meaning that participants will be able to freely explore two maps specifically designed to demonstrate the power of path-traced ray-tracing. Basically, you get to play Minecraft, except it looks absolutely immense. The news comes from a recently published Nvidia blog post, which describes what the additional worlds actually entail....

In late 2019, it was confirmed that future games in the MLB The Show franchise could potentially come to platforms besides PlayStation, despite Sony developing and publishing the games. MLB The Show 20 was too far along in development to make the jump to non-PlayStation consoles, but now it’s been confirmed that MLB The Show 21 will be launching not just for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, but Xbox One and Xbox Series X as well....

Before giving birth to her baby daughter with Orlando Bloom, Katy Perry has decided to produce an unexpected gift for fans — a video game titled Katy’s Quest that shows the singer going to the circus to help other artists “find their smile.” Due to be released on August 28, the game is a collaboration with Alienware. The Legend of Zelda’s mythology only grows with each passing game. The Life is Strange series featured pretty predominately at today’s Square Enix Presents digital presentation. And while the main focus was on the rumored Life is Strange 3, which is being developed by Deck Nine, not Dontnod Entertainment, and officially titled Life is Strange: True Colors, the publisher has announced that remasters of the original game and its prequel will release later this year. Simply called Life is Strange Remastered Collection, it will release for consoles, PC, and Google Stadia (no word on a Nintendo Switch release unfortunately) and feature improved character animation, full facial motion capture performances, and upgrades to the game engine and lighting....

So often fictional crime dramas try to be too slick, too perfectly believable, but real life is messier, more mundane, more ridiculous than what most of us can imagine, and all the better for it. Litvinenko doesn’t muck about, either – after the briefest of glimpses into what normal life looks like for the Litvinenko family in 2006 (Alexander, wife Marina, and son Anatoly) within five minutes we’re in hospital, and a wan, now-bald Litvinenko (David Tennant) is telling detectives he’s been poisoned, helping them solve his own murder even as he’s dying....

Lost Ark features an almost overwhelming amount of mechanics and available activities, but regardless of where the MMOARPG takes you, you’re probably going to have to learn how to earn as many Pirate Coins as possible as quickly as possible at some point. In fact, it seems like a lot of Lost Ark players end up getting caught off-guard by how important Pirate Coins become towards the end of the main game and into the endgame....
