Although the PlayStation 5’s Future of Gaming conference had a number of incredible reveals, one of its more interesting titles was Kena: Bridge of Spirits. The title’s gameplay trailer showed off a solid slice of what this ambitious next-generation project was offering, with stunning visuals, layered combat, and, of course, a lot of adorable companion creatures in tow. If you want the secret ending for Kingdom Hearts 3, you better whip out that Gummiphone. Photographing all 90 Lucky Emblems will unlock a hidden movie after the normal ending, a Mickey Clasp accessory (that moderately boosts strength and massively boosts magic) and a trophy/achievement. Loop Hero features a card-based system for rebuilding an empty world. Each card that is placed provides new benefits for the hero or presents new challenges that offer valuable resources or equipment as rewards. By the nature of being a roguelike game, the cards that were placed disappear whenever an expedition comes to an untimely end. As the player expands their permanent campsite hub, new cards will become available during expeditions....

Loop Hero, a roguelike adventure game developed by Four Quarters and published by Devolver Digital on March 4, already has more than 150,000 players on Steam. Announced at The Game Awards 2020, the game has an overwhelmingly positive score on the game digital distribution service. Nintendo Representative Director and President Shuntaro Furukawa has announced that it is finalizing plans to acquire Luigi’s Mansion 3 developer, Next Level Games. The deal is expected to be completed on March 1, 2021. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Next Level Games has exclusively developed several Nintendo franchises over the past decade, including Mario Strikers Charged, Punch Out!!, Metroid Prime: Federation Force, and Luigi’s Mansion 2 and 3.
