Developer Mirage Game Studios’ relatively well-received factory management game, Little Big Workshop, will soon be making its way to a different platform after being released exclusively on PC last year. Little Big Workshop will be released for Xbox One on September 24th. Pre-orders for the console port are available now via the Microsoft Store. In celebration of the news, an Xbox One pre-order trailer was released, showcasing the charming art design as players take their business from a humble workshop to a state-of-the-art factory....

Throughout the course of Magic: The Gathering there have been lots of new tribes that are introduced to players. Some of them stick and some of them don’t. As cool as werewolves were while they were in the format, they didn’t really work out as a viable option for commander. But dinosaurs definitely did; big time. They’re not just powerful individually, but as a tribe, they can totally dominate the battlefield....

The Blue Yourself speedrun challenge is a rather simple concept, compared to the labyrinth of shortcuts that challengers usually seek to complete. Racers only have to obtain a blue shell and use it against themselves in single-player mode....

There’s a certain camaraderie that comes with actors sharing a screen for years on end. That feeling is apparently alive and well between Mark Ruffalo and Chris Hemsworth, as proven by some entertaining birthday wishes from Ruffalo to his Avengers co-star on Instagram. Apparently the chemistry between the two stars in Thor: Ragnarok wasn’t restricted to the screen. James Gunn sent superhero fans into a bit of a frenzy recently by revealing he has spoken to both Marvel and DC about a potential crossover project. Gunn is currently going through the unique experience of working on two major projects for either entity at almost the same time. Gunn’s The Suicide Squad hit theaters and HBO Max this August, and now that’s wrapped the director can shift his focus to Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy vol....

Insomniac’s Spider-Man launched in September 2018, and the Marvel’s Avengers game from Square Enix is due for release in May 2020. The projects have totally different developers, but could they actually be connected? Is Marvel covertly creating a Marvel Games Universe to offer an interactive alternative to the Marvel Cinematic Universe? At the moment, we don’t know for sure. There is evidence both for and against a connection between Spider-Man PS4 and Marvel’s Avengers, and nobody involved in either game has come forward to confirm or deny the rumors....

Well, well, well. Disney+ has just delivered a few first looks at some of its upcoming MCU series, including She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel, and the highly anticipated Moon Knight was among them! The Oscar Isaac-led Marvel project (which we hope will go some way to making up for the actor’s previous Star Wars treatment at the Mouse House) has been cloaked in mystery until now, but the first mini teaser trailer for the show gives us tantalizing glimpses at what we’ve got in store....

A brand new Marvel vs. Capcom gameplay trailer released today that features the upcoming DLC character from the Monster Hunter series. The legendary hunter known as Monster Hunter has entered the fray and she is loaded for bear. She brought along every weapon at her disposal to take on all challengers, including a bow, claws, and a gigantic sword – all made from various monster parts. As is usual with these types of videos, audiences get a good, long look at her ability kit and super moves....

Some choose to hack while others take advantage of elements such as fire and ice....

As many a jaded sports fan can attest, the loss of a longtime leader will always affect a franchise. Consider the case of Crash Bandicoot - a much loved and highly successful series, scuppered by the loss of its original, iconic developer. In short: no more Naughty Dog, no more quality titles from Crash. It’s this exact kind of situation that Microsoft will be hoping to avoid when it redeploys the Gears of War corp on Xbox One....

Competition is an incredibly important driving force in gaming. If gaming companies weren’t constantly trying to one-up each other with each new game, peripheral or console created, then the gaming industry as a whole would stagnate fairly quickly. Yet there must always come a time when competition between some publishers, developers and manufactures comes to an end. Sega’s war with Nintendo had to end eventually, and it did end with Sega closing its doors as a console-maker after the Dreamcast....

It’s a great day for Minecraft fans, with the Creeping Winter DLC release date for Minecraft Dungeons being announced and an update for Minecraft with some cool new features. The 1.16.20 update is adding crafting interface updates, bug fixes, and perhaps most interestingly of all: Piglin Brute mobs. Piglin Brutes are a hostile, formidable enemy in Minecraft due to their inability to be tricked by gold or to be scared into running away....

Microsoft announced today that Minecraft Dungeons will have touch controls on phones with xCloud. A new video shows how Minecraft Dungeons’ touch controls will work on phones. Players can adjust the controls and move them around the screen to fit the player’s preference. Minecraft Dungeons will launch with touch controls on September 15 when the xCloud beta goes live. Those with Game Pass Ultimate will have access to the beta....

The Burnout series has been through a number of different iterations since it launched in 2001, but crashes have always been the best part of it. It’s just missing some much-needed options. Given its namesake as a staple among fighting games, The Gundam Versus series deserves to shine and, while Bandai Namco has crafted a spectacular arcade-to-PS4 rendition, Maxi Boost ON feels a bit too dated to blast off....

Monster Hunter: World launched on January 28, 2018, for PS4 and Xbox One before landing on PCs in August. It’s over a year old now and it’s still being supported by updates to make the world a better experience by fixing bugs or adding new content. These additions, of course, have been absolutely free. No more will fans have to choose between playing video games and having warm chicken. Clearly, the KFConsole is an invention everyone needed. When Disney bought the rights to Star Wars, many fans were disappointed to learn that the sequel movies would establish the Expanded Universe as non-canonical.
