Custom controllers are a fun way of personalizing your gaming experience, and one company has just created the first, custom PS5 controller. LazaModz has merged one of its best-sellers - the Dragon Ball Z theme - with Sony’s next-gen hardware, and it’s a thing of beauty. LazaModz showcased the custom DualSense controller on its YouTube channel one that sports an orange, blue, and white body. The controller’s touchpad featured Master Roshi’s kanji, and the starred dragon balls - ranging from one to seven - were represented on the D-pad, buttons, and console grips....

With each day, League of Legends is nearing the release of Wild Rift and along with it, we are getting six new champions to choose from. One of those champions, Camille, got nerfed just days after her beta release. It seems that the Pokémon series is phasing out location-based evolutions in the current generation of games. It’s now possible to evolve Pokémon like Magneton with the aid of a Thunder Stone, rather than taking it to a specific place. The Pokémon series introduced the concept of location-based evolutions in Pokémon Diamond & Pearl. In order for certain Pokémon to evolve, they had to level up in specific locations. This applied to Magneton, Nosepass, and Charjabug in Special magnetic fields, Eevee with an Ice Rock (for Glaceon), and Eevee with a Moss Rock (for Leafeon)....

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is a massive open-world game that will give players multiple ways to tackle the situations they face. Complementing that is the fact that it’s gorgeous to look at and will, presumably, have a lot to offer players to ensure they spend a long time with it - like its online multiplayer mode. Unsurprisingly, similar games that feature an open-world for players to explore, like Grand Theft Auto 5 and the recently released Batman: Arkham Knight, require a substantial amount of hard drive space, and as such, one wouldn’t be wrong to expect a game like Metal Gear Solid 5 to follow suit....

Fresh-faced development studio 4A Games released Metro 2033 in 2010, based on the work of Russian novelist Dmitry Glukhovsky. It has become well known for the series since, with the latest entry Metro Exodus releasing in 2019, and THQ Nordic’s parent company Embracer Group acquiring 4A Games earlier this year. Amid this purchase it was announced that 4A Games would be overseeing new IP under Saber Interactive, and today the developer confirmed such projects are underway....

With all the discussion over used games, price tags, and motion controllers recently few could have predicted that the next-gen dialogue would extend to include, of all things, headsets. Yet here we are, talking about Microsoft’s Xbox One and its incompatibility with legacy headsets. As we have already reported, the Xbox One will not support current Xbox 360 headsets, although Microsoft is working on an adapter. What we didn’t know (until now) is why Microsoft decided to change the port on the Xbox One controller thereby locking out thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of headsets....
