For the past couple of months, Jump Force developer Spike Chunsoft has been teasing the characters to appear in its DLC 1 pack including Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh! and All Might from My Hero Academia. Now, alongside the reveal trailer of the third character joining the DLC pack, the release date for the first official DLC characters has finally been revealed. Biscuit Krueger is a supporting character in the anime series Hunter X Hunter, and the final character to round off the Jump Force DLC 1 pack....

The high anticipated murder-mystery sequel to Knives Out is headed to Netflix later in 2022. “Mystery lovers rejoice! Retro Studios is now confirmed to not be involved in Metroid Prime 4’s development for Nintendo Switch. To say that information regarding Metroid Prime 4 is a rarity right now would be a gross understatement, but Nintendo did at least release this bit of information: Metroid Prime 4 is being developed by a new team. Bill Trinen of Nintendo of America clarified that series producer Kensuke Tanabe is returning, but he’ll be part of a wholly new team rather than working with Retro....

It’s NPD week in the world of video games and so that means plenty of companies are going to be out there touting their impressive sales numbers and chart rankings. In the past 24 hours alone we have learned that Titanfall was the best selling game in March and that Sony has sold through (to gamers) some 7 million PS4s since launch, but we had yet to hear anything from Microsoft’s camp....

The Destiny games have undoubtedly split fans with some enjoying the loot and shoot mechanics, while others have preferred more straight-forward titles from the developer Bungie. Despite, an initially mixed reception the second installment in the franchise, Destiny 2 has frequently received updates and managed to retain a loyal fan base. With the commercial success of Bungie’s IP in mind, it is somewhat surprising to find out that the developer had trouble developing the title with a partner....

Now that we know the specs for both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, it’s clear that the Series X is the more powerful console — at least on paper. There’s a lot more to building a winning system than just throwing powerful components together, but Microsoft is confident in what they are building.
