Of all the regions in the League of Legends universe, Noxus might be the most brutal. Its characters are hefty, hard-hitting, and maybe a little off-the-handle (looking at you, Kled). But as intimidating as they are to long-time fans, imagine how intimidating it might be for new players to try and get acquainted with a whole slew of characters like this. Noxus doesn’t have the most champions of any region, but it has enough to be intimidating....

Kennen is a shadow warrior who seeks the justice of the Kinkou and is entrusted with the sacred duty of Coursing the Sun. Kennen was born in Bandle City and was only noticed due to a dare when he ran up the great outer wall of the Placidium....

Team SoloMid has added Tristan “PowerOfEvil” Schrage to its League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) roster ahead of the 2021 season. The German player will take over the mid lane position, which was left vacant after Søren “Bjergsen” Bjerg’s departure last month. PowerOfEvil first joined the LCS in 2018, when he signed with OpTic Gaming. The mid laner later joined CLG in 2019 before landing with FlyQuest for the 2020 season....

TT Games’ Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga debuted its gameplay for the first time at Gamescom 2020, and confirmed a Spring 2021 release date. The Gamescom trailer features highlights from across the nine mainline Star Wars movies (aka the Skywalker saga) brought to life with Lego minifigs - there’s podracing, space dogfights, a battle with a Rancor and another with General Grievous, and more. The trailer features plenty of jokes in a style familiar to anyone who’s played a Lego game before, including an Emperor Palpatine not quite understanding that plastic lightning doesn’t have the same effect as honest-to-goodness Force lightning....

Digital marketplaces like Steam, Xbox Game Pass, and the Nintendo eShop provide video game consumers with a convenient, one-stop-shopping experience for playing their favorite games. However, the physical marketplace is still alive and well, providing consumers with special collector’s editions of games that they can hold in their hands and display on their shelves. Super Rare Games is a company that specializes in these special editions, focusing specifically on releasing physical Nintendo Switch versions of smaller indie games - its most recent release being the bullet-hell, boss-rush title, ITTA....

I’m sitting in a crypt. Specifically, I’m sitting in the 17th century crypt beneath the church of St Andrew in Holborn. Marvel’s Avengers could one day be filled with heroes adorned in Santa outfits and Halloween costumes, as the developers have revealed during a Reddit AMA that seasonal events will be happening in the game, though their exact form has yet to be determined. Marvel’s Avengers is an upcoming action RPG that is set in a similar universe to the MCU. The Avengers are forced to split up at the start of the game when an event known as A-Day destroys most of San Francisco, killing Captain America in the process....

The next few years are set to be busy for BioWare, with confirmation of a new Dragon Age title and a rumored remastered edition of the original Mass Effect Trilogy. With this in mind, the new Mass Effect 5 title is probably not BioWare’s biggest concern at the moment, but that can work to its advantage. Mass Effect: Andromeda, ambitious as it was, fell flat for many die-hard fans. Due to its receiption, the developer put the franchise “on ice” and the team in BioWare Montreal was merged into Motive Studios....
