CD Projekt President and joint CEO Adam Kicinski has confirmed that Johnny Silverhand himself, Keanu Reeves, has played their highly-anticipated forthcoming title, Cyberpunk 2077. Not only has The Matrix and John Wick star played it, but according to Kicinski, Reeves “loves it.” Kicinski revealed the news during a recent shareholder call after a curious investor asked to know Reeves’s thoughts. He shared how the actor had played the game but wasn’t sure if he had actually finished it yet—though given that a Cyberpunk 2077 developer has so far spent 175 hours playing the game without getting to the end, it may be a while yet until the busy actor rolls credits on the game....

Riot Games is changing up the LCS Academy and amateur leagues for the 2021 season, the League of Legends developer announced yesterday. Taking the place of Academy league play-offs and Finals will be a series of tournaments, all of which will lead to the LCS Proving Grounds. The runtime of Jurassic World: Dominion has been revealed, and it’s the longest film in the franchise’s history. “The forthcoming Jurassic World: Dominion is expected to be the longest film in franchise history. Collider has reported that the run-time for the sixth-entry to the long-lived Jurassic storyline will be at two hours and 26 minutes. The film is directed by Colin Trevorrow and will see the film’s staple cast Chris Pratt, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Bryce Dallas Howard and Sam Neil return to the big screens....

Everything in Little Nightmares 2 is intentional, and almost everything has a message to be deciphered. All the rooms, characters, and items have stories to tell that add to the game’s plot. Some of these connect the two games, others expand the plot, but they’re all a window into the minds of the creators. Most players who love this horror game, love it for the complexity of the plot. And because there are no monologues except for the adorable “hi” and “hey” of the characters, the story needs to be told through little details in the environment....

It seems as though the world of Deepfakes just keeps getting more and more uncanny with every new crack at it. A particularly popular theme lately involves replacing the face of a character’s recent iteration with that of an actor who had previously played them, such as putting Harrison Ford into Solo: A Star Wars Story. EA Sports has released a trailer taking a dive into Madden NFL 21 gameplay on next-gen consoles. Madden 21 experienced a rough current-gen release, even breaking the record for worst user-rated game title on Metacritic. Now, utilizing next-gen graphics and new gameplay features, Madden 21 is gearing up for a release on December 4, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Despite her absence in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mai Shiranui is back in The King of Fighters 15. A new trailer has dropped for all the “good boys and girls” interested in playing as the character. SNK show off Mai’s classic moves, taunts, and bread and butter combos that fans can expect in the next King of Fighters title. The trailer doesn’t exactly “shatter all expectations” as nothing in this trailer is out of the ordinary, but we do know that SNK has all her fundamentals down....
