After over a decade of waiting, Kingdom Hearts 3 has finally launched, giving fans of the Disney/Final Fantasy crossover franchise the chance to experience a brand new adventure with Sora, Donald, and Goofy. Some Kingdom Hearts 3 enthusiasts may want an idea of about how long the game will take to beat so that they can plan their coming gaming sessions accordingly, and as it turns out, it should be slightly longer than the first two games in the series....

Knack 2 was officially announced by Sony almost 6 months ago, though the company waited until E3 2017 to reveal that the sequel for the PlayStation 4 launch title would be releasing on September 5, 2017. Back during its initial announcement at the PlayStation Experience, the world premiere showed off plenty of co-op gameplay sequences. With multiplayer action confirmed as an area of focus for Sony, it’s fair to assume that online multiplayer may be on the cards: as it turns out, however, Knack 2 won’t feature support for online matchmaking....

Koei Tecmo has been hit by a cyberattack, and subsequently has temporarily shut down its official website. Reportedly, 65,000 accounts have been compromised. The European branch of Koei Tecmo’s site is the specific section that was hit with the attack. In a press release that was sent out today, December 29, Koei Tecmo confirmed that forum information login details of around 65,000 accounts were leaked. The good news is that it appears credit card information does not appear to be a part of the leaked information, nor does customer or employee info....

League of Legends players have been enjoying a small break since the Spirit Blossom 2020 event ended a few days ago. But even though there’s only normal, ranked, or ARAM matches to queue for doesn’t mean it’s truly a dead week in-game. As of today, players are discovering some new secret missions have been added with their own unique rewards. On the League of Legends Public Beta Environment, the PsyOps skins were recently enabled for testing and feedback....

League of Legends: Wild Rift just expanded its closed beta access to South Korea and Japan, but it looks like even bigger plans are in store for next year. Come Spring of 2021, players in the Americas will finally gain access to the highly-anticipated game. The news came directly from Riot Games in the form of a Game Update blog on the Wild Rift website. We don’t have an official date for the impending North American release, but this is the first time the region has ever been discussed in regards to the closed beta....

Riot Games announced that the next expansion in the Call of the Mountain set, Cosmic Creation, is heading to Legends of Runeterra tomorrow, December 16. The update will add 40 new cards, including three Champions, a new Keyword, customization options, and more cosmetics. This will be the last expansion in the Call of the Mountain set, bringing all regions to “a near-equal share of champions and other cards.” The new Keyword coming to Runeterra is Augment, which gives followers a permanent +1|+0 bonus whenever a ‘created’ card is played after being summoned....

For fans who are still overcome by the simplistic beauty that was Limbo, new job vacancies at developer Playdead are being advertised for the studio’s next and currently unannounced sci-fi project. Spotted by video game industry analyst MauroNL3 on Twitter, the developer of Limbo and Inside are advertising for a new technical director - amongst other professionals. The job listing revealed that the position will be for “a 3rd person, open world, science fiction adventure”....

Mark Ruffalo has been notorious for spilling the beans about Marvel projects in the past, and he might have just revealed that She-Hulk is a member of the upcoming Avengers roster. “Disney+’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law had its red (er, purple) carpet premiere this week in Hollywood, with lots of photo ops and interviews with the cast. One interview in particular is feeding the Marvel ‘Phase 6’ rumor mill. Did Mark Ruffalo leak that She-Hulk (Tatiana Maslany) will be joining the Avengers?...

Two weeks after the cast was announced, DC pulled the plug on their announced Wonder Twins movie. “Just months after Warner Bros. Discovery announced that it would adapt the beloved Wonder Twins comic into a live-action DC Comics film, the studio has put a halt on productions, reportedly canceling the project. That Hashtag Show recently reported that the crew was informed last week that the live-action project will be scrapped, even before production has begun....

The long-awaited Lost Soul Aside might be making an appearance at China’s upcoming PlayStation press conference. According to Gematsu, Lost Soul Aside’s development team, UltiZeroGames, has been posting things on Weibo (a Chinese social media platform) that indicate the game will be making an appearance at this year’s Chinese PlayStation press conference. After Sony Interactive Entertainment Shanghai posted about the press conference from its Weibo account, UltiZeroGames reposted the announcement themselves and replied to it with what looks like posters of Lost Soul Aside....

Public Citizens for Children and Youth (PCCY) and the Philadelphia Foundation are currently offering an online summer camp where low-income middle and high schoolers can learn to build, code, engineer, explore and create in Minecraft with other kids from Philadelphia.
